I am launching this blog to give my customers a behind-the-scenes look at what I do. I have two updates for today.

First, I focused on the crowdfunding rewards. To support our international customers. I started preparing a recipe book that explains how to use Katsuobushi. I am putting a lot of effort into this so that you can enjoy it.

Second, I worked on the strategy for our email newsletter. My plan is to invite subscribers to the 'Japanese Kitchen family' Facebook community. We will host weekly meetings via Google Meet to discuss global food culture, and I will personally recommend Japanese foods I eat. I look forward to welcoming many of you to the community.
