I’ve added some GIFs to the crowdfunding page today to show you exactly how the product works!

Due to their delicate, paper-thin texture, these flakes move naturally when exposed to steam. This creates a unique visual experience as if the topping were alive.

I’m really curious to know what kind of food in your country you think these "dancing flakes" would suit. Since they add a great umami boost and a fun visual element, I’d love to hear your creative ideas! Please let me know your thoughts in the comments or by replying to this email.

• P.S. Personally, I think these flakes would be a great topping for things like hot Pizza or creamy Pasta. The heat would make them dance like crazy! What do you think? Do you have any other dishes in mind?
