Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Japanese Kitchen Brothers, we strive to provide all participants with a fun and valuable cooking experience. Please review our cancellation and refund policy before making a reservation.

1. Rescheduling & Cancellations by the Customer

  • If you notify us at least 48 hours before the class starts, you may reschedule your booking.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the class start time are non-refundable. However, if requested, we will provide an archived video of the class.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations by Us

  • In the event that the class is canceled or rescheduled due to instructor availability or other circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible.

  • You may choose between rescheduling for another date or receiving a full refund.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • If you experience technical issues that prevent you from participating in the class, please contact us immediately. Refunds due to technical issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Technical Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Classes are conducted online via Google Meet. Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and preparing the necessary equipment (computer, microphone, camera, etc.).

  • We are not responsible for connection issues or device malfunctions on the participant's end.
