How to Book
Booking your place in our online class involves a few simple steps. Upon completion of your registration, you will receive an email with the required ingredient list. After that, you simply need to join the scheduled Google Meet session.

Learn authentic Japanese cooking from two brothers who are certified Dashi Sommeliers! We believe dashi is the heart of Japanese food, and once you master it, you can use that skill in almost any dish. In every single class, we'll have you cook a dish twice—once with dashi and once without—so you can taste the incredible difference for yourself.
Preparation of Food and Cooking Utensils
To ensure all students can participate, our classes feature ingredients that can be sourced globally. You will learn the techniques to elevate these everyday materials. Furthermore, no specialized cooking equipment will be necessary. We welcome you to reach out if you have questions about purchasing your ingredients.
Pricing Structure And Class Length
Join our online course for just $30 per class (plus ingredients) and unlock the secrets of dashi, the versatile soul of Japanese cooking. In each 60 to 90-minute session, we'll focus on one dish and explore the magic of dashi together. You'll learn by doing: first, we'll cook the dish with and without our special dashi. Then comes the best part—a side-by-side taste test to truly understand the flavor difference. We'll wrap up by brainstorming creative ideas, empowering you to use this essential skill in your own kitchen.
