We are currently running a crowdfunding campaign to sell a secret ingredient in Japanese cuisine: "KATSUOBUSHI"

Why We Started This Project

Living abroad, we loved the food but always felt something was missing. Returning to Japan, a single bowl of our mother's miso soup gave us the answer: **Dashi**. It was an experience we knew we had to share with the world.

The Value We want to Deliver

We didn't just find a product. We found a partner. We traveled to Kagoshima to meet the artisans of Yamayoshi Shoten, masters of a 100-year-old tradition. Their finest Honkarebushi is **aged for over 6 months**—a process reserved for **less than 1%** of all Dashi produced in Japan.
